Mediation/conflict resolution
Mediation is a way of managing conflict using a therapist as an impartial person to help resolve disagreements. Mediation is often used around workplace conflict to repair professional relationships. It can also be used to help resolve family conflicts.
Supervision
Reflections is able to provide supervision on an individual or group basis. We are experienced in working with counselling students, qualified therapists in private practice and external organisations working in the field of mental health. Reduced rates are available for counselling students upon receipt of proof of course currently being undertaken.
Counselling student placements
We have been lucky enough to offer a few placements in the past to second year trainee counsellors. However, as we are not a charity and our clients still pay a reduced fee for their sessions, client hours cannot be guaranteed. We therefore recommend seeking an additional placement alongside one at Reflections should you be offered one.
Continuing Professional Development Workshops
